Chicken BBQ: Helping Hands Needed!
Share your time and talents....please help with the Chicken BBQ this year! New hands are always welcome! Bring a friend! Submit your offering to help in any of the following ways:
-Callers (confirm volunteer help)
-Ticket Sellers for each Mass (choose one Mass time)
-Decorating Team (fall decor, table centerpieces, etc)
-Set-up Team (set up condiment table, beverage table, sundae table, initial place settings)
-Dining Hall Supervisors ( choose a one or two hour shift to help during dining hours to make sure people are seated, waited on, etc Supervise student helpers)
-At least 3 adults for each shift
-Order fillers ( choose a one or two hour shift to help fill chicken dinner orders in the kitchen)
-Kitchen Duty ( choose a one or two hour shift to help keep kitchen clean during serving hours)
-Clean-up Team: (approximately 1-2 hours max, three different crews: Dish washing crew; Furniture moving crew (puts all furniture back) General clean-up crew (wipe down tables, put food away, etc)
